The Columbia University Orchestra is thrilled to welcome audiences back to Alice Tully Hall. This performance marks the Orchestra’s fifth concert at Alice Tully Hall, following a successful return to the hall after five years last spring. The program, conducted by Maestro Jeffrey Milarsky, will begin with Samuel Barber’s Medea’s Meditation and Dance of Vengeance. The program continues with the first movement from Johannes Brahms’ Violin Concerto, featuring solo violinist Cheng Io Lo. After a brief intermission, the orchestra will conclude the program with Igor Stravinsky’s Symphony in Three Movements.

Tickets will be sold on the day of the concert at the box office. The concert will be free of charge for the first 100 Columbia University affiliates and $5 for the general public. Columbia affiliates must show a Columbia University ID and alumni with questions should contact [email protected]. Tickets can be purchased in advance here on the Lincoln Center website with an additional service fee included.
