New York City-born singer-songwriter-guitarist Emily King has brought ever-evolving levels of nuance to her work, rooting each revelation in a mesmerizing blend of soul, R&B, and forward-thinking pop. Over the course of her already four-time GRAMMY-nominated career, King has collaborated with an impressive roster of artists, including Nas, Brittany Howard, Robert Glasper, Sara Bareilles, and John Legend. She is currently touring in support of her fifth LP, 2023's Special Occasion, a real-time exploration of the endless dimensions of heartbreak. King and longtime producer Jeremy Most engineered every track to reflect an intimate and enchanting look at the ways we love, grieve, and eventually stumble toward greater self-understanding. King says, “I’ve called this a breakup-to-makeup-to-breakup-again album, but really, it’s about finding joy in trying times and celebrating who you are in your quietest moments." Join us for Emily King's Summer for the City headlining debut concert!
