The Art of Wellbeing

NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital and Lincoln Center join together to create a pop-up wellness studio that harnesses the power of art to engage the mind, body, and spirit. Between June 15 and July 20, meet us at David Geffen Hall every Saturday morning for a series of free workshops to kick off your weekend with a blast of feel-good endorphins. Participants of all ages and ability levels will be led through movement-based lessons and gently guided meditation under the tutelage of highly trained instructors. Your practice will be live scored by world-class performers. Be ready to move your body and center your mind!

*Not all exercises are suitable for everyone. Any injury sustained from proper or improper participation in The Art of Wellbeing programming is solely the responsibility of the exerciser. Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts, Inc. and any co-presenters and performers disclaim any liability from injury sustained from the participation in this exercise, and suggest that you consult your professional healthcare provider before attempting any exercise or exercise program.
