Explore and experience new ways to uplift your health, while connecting to art, through Summer for the City’s pop-up wellbeing studio, The Art of Wellbeing. This specially curated series harnesses the power of art to engage your mind, body and spirit through FREE guided meditations, movements-based workshops, and much more—all accompanied by live music from world-class performers. Participants of all ages and ability levels are invited to release tension and stress, move with purpose and joy, and boost their wellbeing through a curated series of experiences, inspired by the arts and expert physicians at NewYork-Presbyterian.
