Join us for a concert for all ages featuring GRAMMY-nominated performing artist Mykal Kilgore. A singer/songwriter/actor/creator/artivist and change agent for civil rights, he was nominated for the 63rd Annual GRAMMY Awards for “Let Me Go,” from his A Man Born Black album, and made history as the first openly gay artist to receive a nomination in the “Best Traditional R&B Performance” category. As an actor, Kilgore has consistently chosen roles that elevate positive representation of people of color. This concert from the multi-faceted artist is sure to delight and illuminate.
