Presented in collaboration with PEN America

PEN America convenes a group of Latine migrant and immigrant writers to celebrate the contributions of the Latine community to NYC’s culture and identity. The authors will share their stories about how they came to the United States, the barriers they face, and from where they draw inspiration. This discussion will also focus on how literature can shift the immigration debate. PEN America champions the freedom to write, recognizing the power of the word to transform the world.

Run time: approximately 1 hour 15 minutes, followed by book signing
