Ring in the holiday season with music, light, and joy as this free simulcast transports you to an enchanting celebration in Athens, Greece! The SNFCC Christmas World dons its festive lights, creating a living fairytale of shimmering trees and impressive installations. Hosted by actress Evgenia Samara, the program begins with the Loop Quartet, four voices that transform into instruments, reimagining carols, swing classics, and pop anthems as modern polyphonic experiences. Their performance moves seamlessly from the lyrical to the explosive, from “Carol of the Bells” to “Hallelujah”, creating a vibrant atmosphere that bridges generations and musical genres. Next up is Nina Mazani, one of the most dynamic performers in the Greek music scene. With her distinctive voice and six-member band, she presents a lively program full of swing and jazz adaptations of international hits. Completing the festive experience, the BioLumina Light Installations Festival returns to Stavros Niarchos Park, inspired this year by bioluminescence—nature’s ability to produce light. Artists from Greece and around the world transform the park into a dreamlike ecosystem, with each installation telling its own story about humanity’s connection to nature, technology, and light. You're invited to pause and to enjoy a moment that reminds us of the value of shared experience—from one continent to another!

The SNFCC Christmas World comes to life through support from the Stavros Niarchos Foundation (SNF). This holiday celebration simulcast is part of the Stavros Niarchos Foundation-Lincoln Center Agora Initiative, a collaboration that reimagines and reactivates cultural engagement in public spaces through “Twin Agoras” at Lincoln Center and the SNFCC, also supported by SNF.
