GRAMMY-nominated Seth Parker Woods, one of the foremost interpreters and scholars of esteemed contemporary classical music composer Julius Eastman, curates a weekend-long celebration of Eastman's art and the greater context of his life, creativity, and humanity. As part of the Run AMOC* Festival at Lincoln Center, this free marathon of Eastman's work on Josie Robertson Plaza will also showcase music by Arthur Russell. The celebration concludes with a Silent Disco set by producer, composer, and performer King Britt. Philadelphia-born Britt’s illustrious career includes collaborations with a wide array of iconic artists and creators, including De La Soul, Madlib, John Legend, and director Michael Mann. His remix portfolio is equally diverse, ranging from James Brown and Solange to Calvin Harris and Dua Lipa.
