Vocalist Lala Tamar returns with flamenco guitarist and oud virtuoso Ofer Ronen in an encounter between voice and strings, cultures and sounds. Duo Andalus features traditional and original songs from the Mediterranean Sea to the North African Ocean and is sung in Arabic, Hebrew, and Spanish. Born to Moroccan-Brazilian Jewish parents, Tamar’s creative partnership with Ronen—flamenco and Middle Eastern music expert and musicologist—honors the roots of three cultures as one in an unforgettable family-friendly concert.
